We are a couple looking to rent a double bedroom in our 4 bedroom house.

Its very close to city centre and 20 min walk to queens hospital.

It has plenty of storage space, garden and parking as well.

You will be sharing a large spacious bathroom with another lodger (paramedic). The bathroom will only be for the lodgers.

In regards to furniture you will get a bed, mattress, refrigerator and cupboard.

There is also cleaner who cleans all the communal areas including the bathrooms every 2 weeks.
