Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited, with extra charges applying for any violations. The building is a non-smoking zone, and no illegal substances or unregistered guests are allowed on the premises. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am, and access to the neighbor's rooftop is not allowed. Please respect check-in and check-out times, with standard check-in from 3pm onwards and check-out before 10am. A charge will apply for late checkout without prior agreement. Lost keys incur the full cost of lock replacement. Please do your dishes, strip the beds, and take out the trash before leaving. Use indoor shoes or slippers if possible, and report any damages for replacement. The full address and access details will be provided prior to check-in.
