The area is quiet, secure and friendly. We have our local pub "The Ship and Whale" which has a nice outdoor space, but there are also other three pubs nearby (within walking distance). There is a nice gastro-pub nearby for meat lovers.
There are supermarkets, mini-markets and off-licenses around the property.
There are schools, tennis courts, football courts, a local gym, Odeon etc...

The centre of Canada Water is also within walking distance and there you can find more restaurants, markets on the weekends, cafes, and a shopping mall. Gyms, and more.

Finally, for those who don't know the area, it is a neighbourhood that has everything you need!
