The studios are different sizes, with different facilities. Some have a sea view. Some are available for two people. Some just one person. Therefore the price will vary. The rent shown is typical for a one month stay for a single person in a lower priced studio. If you want to stay longer the rent will be less. If you want a shorter stay the rent per night/week will be more.

All bills included Central Heating, 24 hour hot water. Fast internet. No council tax to pay. Washing machine/Dryer available to use.
