Enter into the open-plan kitchen and sitting room, a beautiful space for dining and relaxing with views of neighboring gardens. The ground floor also features a walk-in shower room. The large bedroom on the mezzanine floor is quirky with its beautiful beams, large windows, and glass balustrade, offering a bright and peaceful sleeping space. The bedroom has a high-quality king-size bed to ensure a good night's sleep with hotel-style linen and toiletries. Outside, a private sitting area is perfect for enjoying a sundowner with views across the tended lawns and gardens of the host's property.

There is one allocated car parking space just outside the property, and you enter via a shared driveway with the property's sister holiday home.

The property is ideally located in the Downland village of Funtington, with a local bus service at the end of the road offering infrequent buses to Chichester. It is advisable to have a car to get around. The Grange Farm shop is a 5-minute walk away, and there are two Co-ops in Bosham. Chichester's main supermarkets are approximately 10-15 minutes by car. Local restaurants include Hallidays, The Fox and Hounds pub, The Richmond Arms, NotSo Sushi, Ashling Park Vineyard Food and Fizz, and Horse & Groom. Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards and check-out time is before 10am.
