Check-in time is after 3 pm, and check-out time is before 11 am. A £30 charge will be applied if guests check themselves in early without permission or check out late, as this disrupts the cleaner’s schedule. A £100 charge will be applied for lost keys. This is a quiet residential area, and parties or loud gatherings are not allowed. An additional £250 fee applies if house rules are broken. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm. Always lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. To keep the property clean, guests are kindly asked to wear indoor shoes or slippers indoors.
