We’re two friendly, tidy professionals renting out the spare double room in our modern 2-bed, 2-bath flat at Marine Wharf, Canada Water. The room comes with its own private bathroom and is ideal for someone who appreciates a calm, comfortable space with great energy.

The flat is ~800 sq ft with an open-plan kitchen and living area, balcony, and access to a resident gym. We’ve also installed floor-to-ceiling mirrors in the hallway, which doubles as a mini studio for dance, yoga, or fitness.

We’re looking for someone easy-going, considerate, and clean - the kind who enjoys good conversation but also values their own downtime.
