Detailed Description
The accommodation consists of a good sized double debroom, the kitchen/living room, bathroom and utility room. In the kitchen you will find fully fitted cupboards and worktops along with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and gas hob with an electric oven. Central heating is located throughout the property and powered by the new gas boiler. The boiler can be found in the utility room along with the washing machine/dryer. This flat benefits from a row of large double glazed windows spanning the length of the kitchen and living room offering a huge amount of light with views of the marina and harbour. For the convenience of the tenant and visitors an intercom is fitted in the living room. One allocated parking space comes with the flat, other parking is available near by.
Transport:
This flat could not be better suited for those needing to get onto the A20 or A2. For those working or visiting Europe they are a minute's drive from the Dover Port and only a 20 minute drive to the Channel Tunnel trains in Folkestone. Dover also benefits from HS1, the high speed service from Dover to London St Pancras which only takes 65 minutes.
