We have two large bright ensuite double rooms available in a refurbished and extended shared house in Clapham for young professionals. The house has six ensuite bedrooms.

The rooms are available from 2 and 8 November 2025 respectively: They are both located on the first floor; one faces the front of the house and the other one the rear. All bills are included in the rent.

The other housemates are a wonderful group of young professionals (four male) from a lovely mix of international and British backgrounds: All working in London in sectors such as technology, law, marketing, and finance. We are looking for long term housemates; short term lets can be considered at higher rent.

The bedrooms are all ensuite with their own private full ensuite shower room with a toilet and basin, as well as a fullsize double bed, bedside table, desk, chair, chest of drawers and large wardrobe.

The house is a few minutes walk away from Clapham North tube station, and is close to many nearby supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants. Clapham Common is only a fifteen minute walk away.

Community Fibre 1GB optic fibre broadband is included, as well as all other bills. We have an excellent cleaner, who comes once a week to clean the shared areas.

There is a shared living room and large kitchen with an island, and workbench, where there is a full range of cooking facilities, as well as two tall fridges and freezers. There is also a washer dryer and dishwasher. The living room has a 49" uhd TV, a coffee table, and two Chesterfield sofas. The house also has a basement for storage (this isn't shown on the floorplan).

We are the owners of the house, and we do not work with agents, so you would be liaising directly with the landlords for any maintenance issues (also no hidden charges and no middlemen).

The rent is £1,500 per month with all bills included (or £346 per week).

No couples, and no pets please.
