The property is a fully furnished, large, detached, bungalow in a great location in Ely, near Cambridge.
Available for a 3 months stay, whilst we are spending time overseas.

We are not letting bedrooms individually and the stay will be covered by a lodger agreement, not a tenancy.

The third bedroom is not available, but the remainder of the house will be for exclusive use during the 3 months stay.

This is needing a temporary space or someone relocating to the area who would like to get a feel for the area first before choosing a longer-term home.

The house is located 10 minutes walk from the historic Ely town centre at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Ely has many attractions including a stunning cathedral, a twice weekly farmers market and many restaurants, pubs and cafes. Ely is well-connected to Cambridge and London via a regular train service (20 mins) or drive (30 mins).

The house is very bright with windows on all sides and has a large sunny living room (7.5m x 4.5m), with comfortable seating areas, a cosy gas fire and large TV.

The large kitchen /diner (4.5m x 4.5m) comes fully equipped and contains a 4-seater dining table, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double-oven, electric hob, microwave and an espresso machine.
