A £100 fee will be applied for late checkout. A fee of £50 will be charged for call-out if you forget the keys inside the flat, and the full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys. Complimentary tea, coffee, travel-sized toiletries, a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll are provided for a couple of days. Guests are expected to respect the building and be considerate of noise levels. Regular terrestrial channels are not available on the smart TV, and guests will need to use their own login details to access on-demand apps such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo id and a credit or debit card.
