of affordable housing and support services for older and vulnerable
people in the county of Lincolnshire.
Diamond Place, situated in the popular village of Welton,
was named in celebration of the association’s Diamond Jubilee and is our newest
Housing with Extra Care scheme.
Diamond Place provides an environment designed to
enable residents to feel safe, secure and help with feelings of
loneliness and isolation. It also enables older people to receive planned care
and support in order for them to retain or regain their independence.
Communal Facilities
Communal facilities include lounge seating areas, restaurant
which offers a high quality meal everyday throughout the year, resident-led
events which offer a sense of community and companionship, assisted bathroom,
two mobility charging and storage rooms, multi-use communal rooms, external
seating & landscaped garden areas, drying areas and EV vehicle charging
points.
Lace employed support staff available weekdays 9am to 3:30pm.
Our friendly team are on-hand to assist and offer general tenancy related

Eligibility
*To qualify for Extra Care Housing, applicants usually
need a minimum care need of one hour per week, a support
need, and recommended regular use of communal facilities. We are
currently considering applicants without an immediate care need but with a high
support need who would benefit from the extra care environment.
