Looking for a tenant for our single bedroom to rent furnished, in a 3 bed flat share with 54 year old male professional landlord. I am often away from the flat so you would be frequently on your own at the moment. Reserved parking for one car in the court on request and easy parking in the surrounding roads.

This beautiful apartment offers excellent accommodation with high ceilings, light and airy rooms. Newly decorated and well maintained with Italian furniture and fittings in the kitchen, bathroom and bespoke furniture in the single room. The single room is the only room that has a complete blackout blind. The room is very quiet located at the back of the flat away from the main road. The flat is at the 3rd and top floor of the building.

It is quite safe when you come back at night as bus N137 from Marble Arch to Crystal Palace stops right in front of the apartments. Added safety is a CCTV system inside the court.

Streatham Hill train station has got an excellent connection with Clapham Junction 10 minutes, where you can get the train to Gatwick Airport, and with Victoria Station 18 minutes.

There is motorbike parking and bike shed for bicycles inside the court.
