We're offering a bright double room in our big, modern house - shared with two friendly housemates. We've lived here for about a year and a half - we're a friendly group of engineers from Spain working in motorsport. One of us is moving to London, so we're looking for someone to take her place.

We're sociable and easy-going, we enjoy chatting, sharing dinner, and making plans together when our schedules allow, but are also respectful of each other's space.

The room - Bedroom 3 in the floor plan - comes with exclusive use of one of the bathrooms. There's also extra space in the corridors and other rooms for shoes, coats, etc - so you can have more space in the room.

The room is currently furnished, but it can be flexible - depending on what's agreed with our friend who's moving out.

The house is very spacious and recently built so it's very new. It has:
