We have rented this garden arartment several times before with extraordinary success - see the reviews below, but as we are renting out part of our home and garden - although a seperate annex, we particularly need to make sure we'll get along nicely. The annex is fully reliant on our main home for council and utility services, however there is a seperate electricity meter and the tenants will be responsible for electricity costs.
We're looking for a single working couple with no pets and preferably no children who will appreciate the calm, private setting and fit in naturally with the friendly, respectful atmosphere we've built here. Although there are two double bedrooms, this property isn't ideal for more than two sharers, and we're hoping to find tenants who value a comfortable, well-maintained home and a pleasant experience with us as very close neighbours and hopefully friends.

We are very close rail and bus connections, and all ameneties including supermarkets, shops, chemists, pubs, restaurants, Dr surgeries, Streatham Leisure Centre, and several other gyms
