Check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. A charge will be applied for unauthorized late checkout or early check-in. Smoking is strictly forbidden and a fine of £400 will be charged when discovered. No extra guests are allowed in the property at any time without prior permission and no parties or loud music are allowed. Any violation of these rules may result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund.
