Check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. A charge will be applied for unauthorized late checkout or early check-in. Smoking is strictly forbidden and a fine of £400 will be charged when discovered. No extra guests are allowed in the property at any time without prior permission and no parties or loud music are allowed.
