We’re offering a bright and spacious double room in our friendly shared smoke-free family house on Shakespeare Avenue, a quiet and safe road, just a 2-minute walk from Arnos Grove Station (Piccadilly Line) ideal for quick and easy access into Central London.

About the House:
• Shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom (shower & toilet), and one separate WC, which are cleaned up as you go along.
• The garden and downstairs areas are private and not included in the shared access.
• We have two miniature dachshunds (sausage dogs!) - they’re very friendly but stay downstairs and in the garden only.
• One set of bed sheets and towels is provided, but we recommend buying a second change of pair.

About the Room:
• £900 pcm to be paid every month (bills and internet included)
• Largest room in the house with floor-to-ceiling built-in storage, perfect for someone with plenty of clothes or belongings.
• Available for medium to long-term stays (minimum 6 months)

About the Household:
• You’ll be sharing with two male Japanese students, both respectful and tidy. As well as Josh and Jess, the owners of the property who live down stairs.
• Due to the number of people in the house, we have a no-guest policy to keep things calm and comfortable for everyone.
