The occupier will have use of the Landlady's washing machine and tumble dryer located in the utility room of the main house.

Please note the owner does have a dog, so the tenant must be ok with pets. No other pets allowed.

Off road parking

Oil central heating throughout the house and this is controlled in the main home, but the radiators within the accommodation can be controlled by the occupier.
