There’s no private parking, but it’s easy to sort nearby using RingGo for pay-as-you-go street parking or apps like JustPark or YourParkingSpace for local options. Standard check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. A £20 fee applies for each half hour of unauthorized late check-out or early arrival. If keys are left incorrectly, there’s a £50 fee to cover the disruption. If keys are lost, broken, or locked inside the flat, there’s a £100 fee to cover lock replacement. Locked yourself out? We can arrange a call-out for £60. Need an extra set of keys? We’re happy to help with 24 hours’ notice and a £100 deposit. This is a non-smoking home and a £200 fine applies if smoking is detected. Please don’t invite extra guests over without prior permission, and keep things respectful - no parties or loud music. A £250 fine applies for any breach of this. Staying 21 nights or more? Our professional linen service requires a refresh every 21 days. You can choose fresh linen delivery or rehire the current set, which we’ll collect after you check out. Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo id and a credit or debit card. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
