Our current lodger will be moving out shortly - we're hoping to have someone new in and settled before Christmas Day, and viewings are available now.

You'll have full access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a large garden perfect for BBQs. The living room's great for films or sports - and you'll often have it to yourself, as i'm not home much. Shared bathroom but we also have another toilet just across from your room.

A cleaner visits twice a month, and dad tidies the kitchen every morning, so the house always feels fresh and welcoming.

We have two friendly cats, so you'll need to be comfortable with pets.

Just a 5-minute walk to Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations, with easy bus links to Liverpool Street, Angel, and the West End.
