Located along a peaceful lane, it's just a three-minute walk from West Wittering village with its pub and village shops and only a 15-minute walk to the beach. The annexe features one bedroom and one bathroom, and offers parking for one car.
Enter this charming bright and airy annexe into the open-plan living area. The south-facing downstairs lounge/kitchenette has French doors looking out across the mature, pretty shared garden and has a lovely light and airy feel. There is a Smart TV, fridge, microwave/grill, portable induction hot plate, Airfryer, kettle, and toaster. Please be advised that there is no oven nor washing machine. Fairly steep stairs lead up from the living area into the bright and spacious bedroom with its sloping eaves, ensuite shower room, TV, and comfortable king-size bed.
Convenient parking for one car in front of the garage is available and bicycles can also be stored in the garage. Breakfast is available a short walk away at the nearby Landing Cafe.
The property is in a lovely location with a short walk along the lane to the village shops, pub, Norman church, and cafe. The beach and Chichester Harbour are a 15-minute walk where you can connect with all the coastal paths and East Head Nature Reserve. Four new public tennis courts are available to use in the village. The endless leisure pursuits in the area include kitesurfing, sailing, paddle boarding, cycling, golf, and bird watching. The busy East Wittering (1 mile) has supermarkets, numerous restaurants, a pub, pharmacy, hardware, bakery, fishmonger, and surf shops. Goodwood (12 miles) is famous for its horse racing and car festivals (Revival and Festival of Speed). Chichester (7 miles) has a cathedral, festival theatre, and excellent shops and restaurants. Portsmouth and Arundel are within a 30-minute drive. A local bus to Chichester runs every 30 minutes and the bus stop is a 3-minute walk from the property.
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A fee of £100 is charged for lost keys and £50 for call-outs if locked out. The accommodation is not suitable for children due to the steep stairs, and we welcome babies but not toddlers. A government-issued photo id and a credit or debit card are required for guest verification. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
