A fully equipped kitchen is provided for home dining, including an oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and some condiments. A washer-dryer is available for personal use. There is also a fully enclosed private courtyard.
A travel cot and high chair are available for hire at a cost of £50, or £30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to the property prior to your stay.
This home is centrally located in the heart of the historical city of Cambridge, next to the Grafton shopping centre, with local cafes, restaurants, and bars a short walk away. It is a leisurely 12-minute walk into the city center, and a 5-minute walk to nearby cafes, restaurants, and pubs. Local attractions such as the River Cam, Midsummer Common, and Cambridge colleges are all within walking distance. Cambridge train station is a short 8-minute drive away.
There is no parking at the property, and street parking is for local residents only and strictly controlled, but there are a number of short-term and overnight car parks a short walk away that are also free to park in overnight. Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property. Extra guests are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Should we discover any areas of concern about the cleanliness of the property after you check out, you may incur an additional cleaning fee. Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave them in the entrance hall.Basic toiletries, a washing-up pack, washing machine tablets, toilet rolls, and a kitchen roll are provided for your stay.
