We have a beautiful 2 bed flat in the heart of Kemptown village, 5 minutes from the sea. Lots of local cafes, shops, pubs all around us.

We are renting one of the double bedrooms while I am away travelling 20th December - 6th June, but flexible on exact dates. The room is spacious, with a desk/chair, two large wardrobes, double bed. It comes with private use of a large bathroom with shower and bath.

The shared living area is open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge. The space is bright, high ceilings and lovely fireplace.

You'd be living with my wonderful friend Jordan, 31yo creative, writer and yoga teacher. She is the perfect housemate - super tidy, respectful, and kind. We are looking for someone the same, who appreciates a lovely calm living environment.
