The rooms will be available to move in to from January. The room available at this rent of £1500 pcm is either a first or second floor large double bedroom with en-suite, and an adjacent separate living room / kitchenette, for occupancy by a couple or single. The rent includes bills - gas, electric, water, council tax, internet, and TV licence.

The house is located on Newbridge Road, close to local shops on Chelsea Road including a general store, bakery, deli, and post office. The Royal United Hospital is a short walk away, and Bath city centre can easily be reached on foot, by bike, or by bus. There is a bike rack at the property and off-street parking available by separate rental agreement.
