Hello! We’re Aaryn & Jack, a friendly couple in our 30s, looking for someone lovely to rent our bright and spacious master bedroom in our 3-storey period home in Margate Old Town, less than 2 minutes from the beach.

The best bit? You’ll have the whole house to yourself Monday–Thursday every week.

The Room & The House

- Large master bedroom (first floor)

- Fully furnished: Double bed, big wardrobe, desk, dresser

- Light, quiet, high ceilings

- Cosy living room (two sofas)

- Dining room, cute kitchen, walled garden with BBQ

- Big bathroom with shower + bath

- Weekly cleaner included

? Who You’d Live With

Jack, an entrepreneur, who works in London Mon–Thurs (so the house is yours during the week)

Aaryn, a winemaker, travelling Jan–March (may overlap with you for a week or so)

And two friendly cats, Bear & Tallulah ?

Cat lovers necessary!

Dates & Details

- Available Jan–March 2026 (3-month let)

- Extension possible from April for the right person

- Couples welcome for the 3-month period

- Long-term stays ideally for one person

? Rent & Bills

- £700 pcm + bills

- Bills approx £250–£300 (includes Council Tax Band C, Gas/Electric, Water, WiFi + Weekly Cleaner)

- Bills split 3 ways from April if you stay longer
