This is a beautiful first floor flat with high ceilings and lots of light in a period property in E8's conservation area, which unusually looks out onto greenery on either side and so is a real peaceful idyll - the light inside is wonderful not done justice by the photos.
The property has recently been rennovated with new carpets throughout and on the communal stairs.
The flat is part-furnished - there is a new couch that the tenant is leaving, which fits really well in the flat which is optional to keep (See grey couch in pictures), and an antique wooden table with two chairs in the front room that comes with the flat (see pictures). The flat is situated just a few minutes walk from Hackney Downs station and round the corner from the cafes in Dalston Lane and bustling Wilton Way on one of the most beautiful streets in E8. There are lovely neighbours both above and below renting and so we are keen to find people that will be just as happy to be in the building.
We have lived in the flat ourselves and so are attached to it and keen to look after it so respond to any issues quickly - equally we are also looking for a person or a couple to care for it and really make it a home.
The property is a contained first-floor one-bedroom flat with no direct outdoor access and no cat flap and the tenant in the garden flat below has a dog already. Due to these features, it may not be suitable for pets such as cats or dogs, but any pet request will be considered in line with current legislation.
