Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. A fee of £80 will be charged for call-out for keys forgotten inside. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged if you lose the keys. The heating will always be turned down to 16 degrees, please turn up if needed and ensure that after your check-out you turn this down again. There is plenty of storage space available however good to note that this is the host's home and therefore some of his belongings will be present in the property in locked cupboards. Just pull gently on the curtains to open and close, as the remote no longer works. The property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. Single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo and soap are provided. The property management team will be available 24/7 via email or phone to provide any assistance guests may need.important: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo id and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable gbp 500 deposit (plus gbp 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of gbp 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
