Guests will have exclusive access to the entire private apartment. However, entry to the apartment will be through the main building door. For the comfort of the other residents in the block, kindly be considerate of your noise levels during your stay. Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am. A minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. The property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. Single-use toiletries are provided for the first two days of your stay. The neighbors have families and need to protect them, so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, the local council will be notified. Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo id and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable gbp 500 deposit (plus gbp 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of gbp 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
