For the comfort of the other residents in the block, kindly be considerate of your noise levels during your stay. Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am. A minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. The property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. Single-use toiletries are provided for the first two days of your stay. The neighbors have families and need to protect them, so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, the local council will be notified.
