This beautifully designed apartment exudes luxury and comfort, providing the perfect retreat for up to four adults. The living room features plush sofas and a Smart TV with Amazon Prime Video and Netflix. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, combination oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, glasses, plates, pots and pans, cutlery, electric kettle, and toaster. The dining area includes a table with six chairs. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, and there is also a sofa bed in the lounge. The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, toilet, mirror, vanity, towels, and toiletries.

A travel cot and high chair are available upon request for an additional charge. Please provide your own bedding if needed. Free parking is available on the premises.

Access to the apartment is via a communal entrance and is on the 1st floor, up 2 flights of stairs. The sofa bed will not be made up on your arrival, but linen is provided and left in the sofa bed storage facility underneath. You will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them. Check-in time is usually after 4 pm, and check-out time is usually before 10 am. If you would like to arrive or leave at a different time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.important: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo id and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable gbp 500 deposit (plus gbp 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of gbp 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
