The bedroom features a king-size bed with bedside tables and ample storage space, including built-in triple wardrobes. Opposite the bedroom is a good-sized bathroom with a shower over bath, sink, and WC, complete with a heated towel rail. The main living space is large and open-plan, benefiting from large floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the room with light.

The kitchen is well equipped with both large and small appliances, including a fridge-freezer, gas hob and oven, washing machine, and dishwasher. For smaller appliances, guests can make use of the microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and a Magic Bullet blender. A Bialetti Moka pot is also provided for those who prefer a more traditional brew. For entertainment, there is a 42-inch Samsung Smart TV, though guests will need their own logins for Netflix and other apps. The living area also includes a large sofa that can be made into a king-size sofa bed.

Parking is available on-site within the building, but it must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. There is an additional charge of £25 for use of the sofa bed, which covers an additional linen pack and towels, and at least 48 hours' notice is required to prepare the sofa bed.
