A separate desk area is available for those who may need to work during their stay. The second floor houses the two bedrooms: A large master bedroom with a king-sized bed, large wardrobes, and an ensuite shower room, and a second bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath. The ground floor features a small anteroom with a single futon sofa and TV, a separate shower room, a utility room with a washer and dryer, and access to the garage.

Parking is available for one small to medium-sized car in the garage, with additional parking in the public car park adjacent to the house. A small, well-behaved dog is welcome for an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. The garage also includes an EV charger.

This lovely townhouse is perfect for enjoying the fantastic shops, bars, restaurants, and attractions such as the Chichester Festival Theatre. It's also conveniently located for events at Goodwood, the beaches of the Witterings, and the rest of Chichester Harbour.

Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A fee of £100 applies for lost keys and £50 for call-outs if locked out. Pets must be well-behaved and house-trained, and are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture.
