It is right next door to one of the two full bathrooms with baths and showers and this one also has the walk-in rain shower. Consumables are provided free such as toilet rolls, soap, clean hand towels, etc are supplied to bathrooms and cleaning items, in the kitchen and clean tea towels etc are supplied for the house for everyone to use. The kitchen is available to share and is well equipped with cutlery, crockery, pots and pans etc for everyone to use. The garden is accessed from the kitchen and anyone can use It has outside dining table and chairs and a weights area and a BBQ and is grassed with trees. The garden is maintained by the landlord at no cost. Utility bills are included in the monthly rent including broadband within reasonable use. Our home is close to Tolworth Broadway which has lots of grocery options from Iceland and private grocers and butchers to Marks and Spencer. There are lots of take-always and a good selection of restaurants too, a pharmacy and a library. For clothes shopping Kingston is a 10 mins bus ride away. Transport links from here are really great with Tolworth station (20mins Waterloo) a few mins walk over the road and numerous busses running to local areas and further afield like Heathrow Airport. The night bus also runs all night. The road networks are also great with the A3 on our doorstep and the M25 10 mins drive down the road in two different directions and Central London 12 miles by road.

We are surprisingly close to nearby countryside walks which are about 10 mins walk away and a bus will take you to nearby attractions like Hampton Court Palace, Chessington World of Adventures, Wisley Gardens and several Nation trust houses and gardens etc.

We are looking for a professional working person, mature students or working student over 20. We are not looking for people who work from home unless its very minimal but are happy to take shift workers. We are looking for a friendly but self contained person who respects others and would like a tidy person who cleans up after themself. We are generally a pretty quiet household where we just get on with our day to day lives. We socialise more in passing but do occasionally have BBQ's etc for those who want to share. Internet is included in the rent but is subject to reasonable use so not suitable for those working from home or extensive online game playing. No drug users or heavy drinkers and no smoking or vapes, please. We are not taking any new pets but do currently have a dog in the house. She is well behaved and quiet and lives downstairs and won't bother you if your not interested but is a people lover if you are. The rent is £850 pcm and the deposit is also £850.
