Parking is available for 1 car at the front of the property. There is a travel cot available for guests to use at the property.

With onsite parking and a leisurely 40-minute stroll to York's city centre, you’ll have easy access to the city’s rich culture and attractions. Plus, being close to the racecourse adds a touch of excitement to your visit.

Guests will have access to the entire house. Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to the cleaner’s schedule. You will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them. The property welcomes guests for stays of over 21 nights, offering a comfortable and well-equipped space designed to make extended stays both productive and relaxing. A laptop computer is not included.important: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo id and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable gbp 500 deposit (plus gbp 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of gbp 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
