Each car parking space has a security bollard within the spot which can be erected when the space is not in use or when a vehicle is parked. As part of the agreement you will be provided with an individual bollard key and a parking permit which must be displayed in your car window at all times. The spaces can be rented for £85 pcm but should you wish to sign a 12 month agreement the landlord is happy to reduce the agreed monthly rent down to £75 pcm (£900 for 12 months).
