Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited, and extra guests are not allowed. Please respect the lovely neighbours and keep the noise down. No shoes inside, and candles are strictly prohibited. Make sure to lock the doors and all the windows when leaving the property, and do not leave any appliances running when you are not in the house. Be mindful of energy usage during your stay by switching off lights and turning down the heating when leaving the property.
