The location
The location is ideal if you need access to central Portswood or even the City Centre. A bike ride to the University Campus as well as Solent University. In terms of eateries, it is conveniently located for both Mango Thai Restaurant, Smokey Pizza and a number of other bars and food places are just a stone throw away on Portswood Road.

The property is located around the corner from Thomas Lewis Way which provides convenient access to M3 and M27 motorways. Its also a short commute to Southampton City Centre and Eastleigh. There is no onsite parking available. However, you can park on the adjacent roads where there are no parking permit restrictions and likewise on other nearby roads.

The house is literally an 8 minute walk to St Denys Station where you can catch a train to Winchester, Basingstoke, London etc. There is also wider selection of buses available on Portswood Road where you can travel to Eastleigh or the City Centre.
