Room 6 is the biggest room in the house and is on the top floor
Its overlooks the garden on one side through a big dormer and there is also a velux window onto the street side with a blackout blind.
The room comes fully furnished and equipped with a king sized bed with plenty of storage space underneath, there are two built in chests of draws with shelving above, two wardrobes and two bedside tables. We also supply a TV bracket should you wish to have a television mounted on the wall. There is also a bit more storage space in the loft area and we also supply an occasional chair.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with roasting tins, wine glasses, mugs, cutlery etc. There are plenty of cupboards and shelves. There is a good sized dining table with two chairs
The ensuite has a very generously sized shower and comes with extra storage in the medicine cabinet and shelving.
You have use of the shared kitchen downstairs which also has space to sit and eat, the laundry facilities and the outdoor garden space.

The house has been undergoing complete renovations so it's laid out for optimal convenient shared living. The build is nearly finished and rooms 5 and 6 are completed and with furniture in situ so at a viewing you can see the standard of the finish and the furniture that will go in all the rooms. The other rooms are nearing completion. With bathrooms in and decoration nearly complete in rooms 3 and 4 and carpets going in on the 5th of January. The ground floor is also nearing completion and this last month will see them decorated and flooring laid. We anticipate the first tenants moving in early February. If you would like to book a viewing we would be happy to show you round and can show you the finished rooms which will allow you to get a sense the look and feel of the whole of the house and for unfinished rooms you will be able to get a sense of the space.
This home has been laid out and will be finished to a high standard for convenient shared living. What it is like to share has been considered at every turn with sound proofing between floors and pump assisted showers so you won't experience a loss of pressure because someone else is showering. The whole house is ensuite and whilst there is a shared kitchen, kitchenette facilities in four rooms mean the pressure on the shared kitchen is greatly reduced and therefore much more the preserve of the occupants of the two ensuite rooms
All rooms are fully furnished and everything is brand new. All kitchenettes are fully equipped as is the communal kitchen. Everyone is allocated their own fridge/freezer.
There is a laundry room with two washing machines and two tumble dryers so queuing is minimal. The use of these are included in your rent. Hoover, ironing board and iron are also provided.
Outside there is a garden with seating and bike rings to secure bikes to and an outside drying line. There is a side ally to bring bikes up to secure in the garden should you wish.
The house is very close to the station less than half a mile and a short walk from town and also has excellent access to the M5 (Junction 25 is about 1.5 miles away). There are two parking permits available on a first come, first served basis.
