Inside, the ground floor has practical wooden flooring throughout the living area. The sitting room has a feature fireplace and opens through to a dining area, creating a comfortable and flexible living space. The galley kitchen includes an oven and hob and the conservatory works as a very useful extra kitchen area, providing additional worktop space as well as an under-counter fridge and freezer and a washing machine.
Upstairs, the main bedroom benefits from fitted wardrobes, the second bedroom includes a free-standing wardrobe and there is also a third smaller bedroom with built-in cupboards — ideal as a home office, nursery or additional storage.
The house has recently been decorated, with new carpets on the stairs, landing and bedrooms due to be fitted, giving it a fresh, well-cared-for feel.
Available from mid-January, this is a conveniently located home with plenty of practical space, inside and out.
