To the right, the hallway opens up into a spacious, open-plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen. This sociable living space is beautifully furnished, with a comfortable seating area, Smart TV, dining table, and a sleek, modern kitchen equipped with everything you need for a self-catered stay, including oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, and toaster. Guests will have access to the entire house. Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to the cleaner’s schedule. You will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them. The fob for the vehicle gate is kept inside the property by the stairs. If arriving by car, guests will firstly need to access the pedestrian gate to the right. The code for this is: Key sign 8437 key sign. You will then need to collect the keys from the key safe which is located in garage number 48. The garage is unlocked, simply turn the handle and lift the door up to open. The key safe is immediately on your left on the inside. The code for the key safe will be sent to you 24 hours before you are due to check into the property. Once you have retrieved the keys, you can access the property to collect the fob and open the car gate.Fresh white bedding and towels are provided, as well as miniature travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap.important: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo id and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable gbp 500 deposit (plus gbp 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of gbp 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
