Reservation Deposit - To reserve a property, we require a deposit equivalent to one weeks rent whilst references are obtained. Please note if references are unacceptable due to mis-leading information, failure of Right to Rent checks or you decide not to proceed, this will be non-refundable. Rent - Rent is paid on a monthly basis, one month in advance by way of a Standing Order.
