Situation

Situated in the village of Charminster which has a popular first school, shop, 3 public houses and a parish church. The village is about 2 miles to the north of the county town, Dorchester, which provides an excellent range of shops, schools, restaurants and the County Hospital. Communications are good with rail links from Dorchester to London Waterloo and Bristol Temple Meads. There is also a regular bus service into the town.
