Feel at home in this large, open-plan 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment situated in one of London's most trendy and hip areas. Located on the first floor of a renovated building, this apartment is perfect for small groups, families, or professionals wishing to explore and live in one of London's most vibrant and artistic areas.
Designed by Menu Spaces of Denmark, this loft apartment has been tastefully redesigned to create an inspiring, creative abode. The master bedroom features a super king-size bed and a walk-in wardrobe with an additional single bed inside. The second bedroom is situated off the living area and features a comfortable single bed, a quiet sitting area, and access to the main Jack & Jill bathroom. The enormous open-plan living/dining/office area and the kitchen are located to the rear of the apartment. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and seating area with a coffee table and a large flat-screen Smart TV. In the corner, you will find a comfortable reading area which has been raised up onto a platform. The large dining table for six couples up dining with a workspace, and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking substantial meals, featuring modern cooking appliances. Although the apartment is flooded with light thanks to its large windows, roller blinds in the living areas and blackout blinds in the bedrooms provide the home with privacy and a cozy atmosphere.
Guests staying 28 nights or longer receive a complimentary monthly housekeeping service (2 hours) with refreshed linens for added comfort.
Shoreditch is an arty area adjacent to the equally hip neighborhood of Hoxton. The world-famous Brick Lane is just a short walk away, where you can walk around and experience some of Shoreditch's famous street art. Spitalfields Market is also a stone's throw away and features independent vendors for clothing, jewelry, home items, art, food, and gourmet products, not to mention the bustling and lively atmosphere. Boxpark Shoreditch is a popular spot amongst the locals, providing various eateries and places to grab a drink in a court made from shipping containers. Those with a keen eye may be able to find some decorative street art pieces by the famous Thierry Noir around Shoreditch.
Given the property's central location in one of London's busiest neighborhoods, outside noise can be expected. The Shoreditch landscape is constantly evolving, so construction noise is usually a given in the streets local to our apartment. There is a new event hall across from the flat that is rented out for all types of events from small to large. When there are large-scale events held at this hall, delivery loads are frequent during the nights. Strictly no parties are allowed. No noise is allowed after 11 pm.
Includes a workspace.
