Having lived in the flat myself for the past two years, I can confidently say it is situated in an excellent location and I rarely have to drive with everything being in such close proximity - London Road Retail Park, the Post Office, Newbury Racecourse Station and the Racecourse itself are all within a short walking distance. I rarely drive into Newbury as it is a lovely picturesque 35 minute walk along the canal path to get to the town centre. There is also easy access to the A4 for drivers.
The flat is beautifully bright, light, modern and quiet. The two allocated parking spaces are visible from the lounge, providing peace of mind and there is plenty of parking for visitors.
The neighbours are friendly, respectful, and considerate and always willing to help each other out, contributing to a strong sense of safety and community within the development.
