I currently have one large double room available.

The rooms are situated on the first, second and third floors of a converted Victorian terraced house.

Lots of space in the house with 3 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and 2 living rooms. Almost like en-suites.

Minimum age 21.

The rooms are fully furnished.

Very close to the City Centre. Easy walk to Maida Vale and Paddington and Little Venice.

I love to run along the canal in the mornings. Little Venice and the canal boats are nearby.

Bills are an extra £100 a month including Gas, Water, Electric. There is free internet in the building, which you are welcome to use.

I would love you to come and have a look and possibly rent a room.

To move in you will need to sign your e-sign tenancy agreement. You will need to pay one month deposit up front and one month rent up front.

I don't do any credit reference checks but I will need a home-owning guarantor. Someone who owns a house in England or Wales, please. A friend or work colleague or family member. I don't mind.

To reserve a room I ask for a £100 holding fee which then goes towards your first months rent. You can pay this online, via bank transfer or in cash at the viewing.
