Once you have applied for a property and we have received your application forms and references, we’ll then check you can afford the property and have a satisfactory credit score. If you’re in receipt of benefits then we can help you calculate what you would be entitled to (please note our market rental properties will be subject to Local housing allowance rates and Housing benefit or Universal credit may not cover the full rent).

We expect that rent and debt payments don’t exceed 45% of your total income.

The tenant will be required to pay one months rent in advance plus any additional rent for the remainder of the current month. This will be in addition to one month's rent as deposit, held with the dps. No Tenant Set Up Fees.
