Application
An application deposit of £50.00 shall be charged to hold a property for 14 days whilst referencing and employment checks take place. Once an application form has been filled in and we have all the necessary documentation, we shall carry out the appropriate checks.

Documents
We shall require the following to process your application:-
- Passport or Birth Certificate and Drivers Licence
- National Insurance Number
- Payslips (minimum of 3 months)
- Utility bill or council tax bill (within last 3 months)
Copies will not be accepted.

If you are successful in your application for a property we will then arrange an appointment with you to sign the tenancy agreement, at which stage the deposit balance and rent instalment will be payable.
