previous tenant review:
The living room has plenty of natural light because of the patio doors. There is lots of storage space thanks to the over-kitchen and bathroom cupboards. Bedroom has a large wardrobe, perfectly sized for a couple. The separate entrance felt a bit more private. Having a garden is always great, though the size of this one is a bonus and the landlord pays for its regular upkeep...perfect during the summer for relaxing and BBQ-s.
Willesden Green is really well connected. The Jubilee Line is very convenient, the Overground (at Brondesbury) is only 15min walk away, and First Capital Connect (at Cricklewood) is only 20min walk as well. Loads of shops and restaurants in nearby Kilburn, West Hampstead and Swiss Cottage (as well as in Willesden Green itself).
The residential area around the flat itself is pretty nice and quiet.
The Landlord was very easy to contact about any issues which arose (which weren-t that frequent), and they definitely felt contactable. Any issues that might have arisen were dealt with promptly.
Always a bonus being able to deal with the landlord directly, rather than through an agent. We will miss the flat.
