The intercom does not work, meaning the main door to the building will need to be opened manually by going down the stairs. The unlock mechanism from the apartment to the building door does not work, so if you have deliveries, you unfortunately have to go downstairs to open for them. There are no blinds in the bathroom; however, there are stick-up blinds for when you want to use them if you feel you need to. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are from 8 pm to 8 am. Parties or gatherings are not allowed in this apartment. The age limit is 21 years or older to stay in this apartment unless accompanied by a parent.
