Deposits

We will require before the commencement of any let agreement, in total the equivalent of five weeks` rent as a deposit together with in total one months rent in advance.
Tenancy agreement

All adults wishing to live at the property must be named on the tenancy agreement. The tenancy agreement will provide for all persons under the tenancy to be joint and severally liable and any adults who are not named on the tenancy Agreement jointly may not live in the property
