There is only one room available for one tenant. The second bedroom is an office and the third bedroom is my bedroom.

We have four (wonderful!) cats. An essential part of living with us is that you both like cats and are happy to help out with looking after them from time to time.

We will do most of the work, but the key requirement is that you will work with us to make sure you can look after the cats when we need to go away (say, on holiday for a bit).

Our cats are all indoors only, so it is absolutely vital that they do not get out of the house. This is not difficult to ensure, but does require someone happy to take on that day to day responsibility.

If you like cats, you'll have a great time living with us. They are the best! We have had two tenants live with us and the cats in our previous home and now in this home, and it has all gone well. Our current tenant is moving to London due to a change of circumstances, so we are looking to replace her.

The bedroom for rent is on the first floor. It comes with primary use of the first floor bathroom (there is a second bathroom in the master bedroom on the second floor).

We are ideally looking for a female tenant. (24F) a lawyer working in London, and partner (30M) is an academic who mostly works from home.

We only recently bought the property and moved in (end of March), so we have used the photos from the listing. It's not a scam - we're just still in the process of unpacking so the photos give a better idea of what the house looks like once unpacked!
